We're on the look out for high potential Assistant Managers for our pubs in South West London – Think Wimbledon, Kingston, Surbiton and Carshalton. We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, fresh‑food pubs. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro‑active approach to team management. 70% of our General Manager vacancies in the last FY were filled with internal candidates – so if GM is what you are aiming for, we can support you on that journey.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be confident at thinking on your feet – experience of leading a team is essential.
  • You’ll be people focused – whether that’s with regards to the team you work with, or with how you interact with our guests.
  • You think big (and small) – You’ll set standards within the team and the business, noticing small details that others miss, and you’ll also be able to think about the pub from a GM perspective – suggesting improvements in the offer, sales driving activities and operationally.
  • You’ll be willing to learn and own your development with support from your GM.
  • We’re looking for someone who will push themselves to grow their skills knowledge.
  • You'll be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
  • You will also be committed to your career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
