The Role

Are you looking to take the lead in a finance role that\’s close to the action? At Sofina Foods, we\’re offering an exciting opportunity to step into a site-facing leadership role at our Fraserburgh site – who produce seafood products for a number of the UKs largest retailers.

As an experienced Operations or Management Accountant, you\’ll be the financial heartbeat of the site-leading a small, capable finance team and working closely with site leadership to deliver insights that genuinely shape our commercial and operational success. Reporting into the regional Scotland Seafood Finance Lead, you\’ll have both the responsibility and freedom to make your mark.

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with strong grounding in manufacturing finance

  • Ensure robust controls, clean reporting cycles, and full transparency across finance and operations.
