The Role
At Sofina Foods, our commitment to quality never sleeps—and neither does our dedication to food safety. We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Quality Auditor to uphold our high standards during the quietest yet most crucial hours of production.

Hourly Pay: £15.08 per hour
The Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 Food Hygiene certification (or equivalent)
- Experience in quality auditing within the food industry
- Internal Auditing qualification
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis and Intermediate HACCP
- Experience working in chilled environments
- Knowledge of fish products is advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A proactive and committed attitude to setting and upholding standards
- Confidence to participate in audits and liaise with stakeholders

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non-routine GMP and product standard audits from intake through to dispatch
- Work closely with the QA Manager and Operations team to ensure products are manufactured and packed to exact specifications
- Support internal and external audit readiness
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
