The Role
Join Sofina Foods as a National Account Manager and take the lead in shaping our seafood retail strategy with major UK grocery retailers. Based in Grimsby, this is a high-profile commercial role with real influence, challenge, and progression.
As National Account Manager, you\’ll be responsible for developing and delivering commercial plans across one or more of our top UK grocery customers. You will lead customer relationships, drive profitable growth, and represent the voice of the customer internally to ensure alignment between commercial, supply chain, NPD, and operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will work within a complex, high performing commercial team who take ownership of forecasting, promotional strategy, cost management, and contract negotiation, working with pace and agility in a complex, fast-moving market. This is a commercially critical role that will give you high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with key grocery retailers.
- Lead commercial negotiations on cost price increases, promotions, and NPD listings.
