The Marlborough, a gastro pub near Richmond Hill, is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead a kitchen team, champion fresh seasonal dishes and maintain high standards of service. You will work closely with the Head Chef, manage rota planning, health and safety, and help craft daily specials.
