We are looking for a bubbly, passionate person who is extremely guest-focused. We are a 44-bedroom hotel/bar/restaurant with a sterling reputation. One of the leaders in our group, we are looking for someone who can maintain our already high standards while delivering exceptional customer service. If this is you please apply – you must have at least one year of hotel experience. All training is given.

What we look for in a Receptionist:

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly, outgoing personality and a desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills, and maintain very high standards with an impeccable eye for detail. You will take a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and the team, and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls, ensuring that financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
