What We Look for in a Night Porter:

As the successful Night Porter and pub cleaner, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, be self-motivated, and willing to work alone at times. Experience in a similar environment, excellent communication skills, and an impeccable eye for detail are essential.

Your role involves ensuring the cleanliness of our pub, guest safety, and security of the pub and hotel during the night. Responsibilities include dealing with guest requests, greeting and checking in late arrivals, maintaining room standards, general cleaning, setting up for breakfast, and conducting health and safety checks and audits as necessary.

Skills:
