We are looking for some amazing individuals to join our vibrant and energetic team in Parson’s Green. We hand pick our team based on their personalities that help to form the supportive and engaging environment that you see when in Aragon House. Do you think you would be the perfect fit?

Aragon House, sat on Parsons Green, is a great place to work. We actively promote within and offer lots of opportunities for progression and development. Aragon House is not just a pub; we have a restaurant, a boutique hotel boasting 15 stunning rooms, a cocktail bar and a fully heated and serviced garden. We really do have something for everyone.

What we look for in a Host:

As the successful host, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

We are searching for a new team of hosts to be the first contact guests have when they visit Aragon House. Friendly customer service is key for us and we are looking for the right candidates to deliver excellent service and great organisation within the role to ensure the customer and business needs are met.

You will be responsible for managing reservation systems for the front of house and hotel, optimising table and hotel allocation and guest flow, working closely with front of house, hotel and management team to deliver service excellence. Strong organisational skills are key for this role with admin responsibilities.
