We're looking for a Sales Conversion Executive to join the Sales and Marketing team within Young's. Reporting to the Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will act as an extension of the pub teams and your focus will be to drive conversion of all enquiries with a particular focus on parties and events. This is a hybrid role â at times you can work from home, our pubs and our office in Wandsworth, but will be required to visit our pubs and meet GMs and attend the office as required. Travel expenses are provided. A great opportunity for anyone with experience in hospitality that wants to venture into the sales and marketing side of the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Offer sales and booking support to a selection of pubs (up to 30)
- Accommodate adjustments to the pub patch in line with needs of the business such as key dates and the Christmas period.
- Convert all enquiries across selected pubs over a certain threshold (to be agreed with sales team).
- Manage enquiries in line with booking parameters and policies set out by the individual pub GMs.
- Increase spend per head of bookings through pre-sold packages and items.
- Work closely with relevant Area Sales and Marketing Coordinators to understand relevant business and opportunities.
- Feedback on sales opportunities to Sales & Partnerships Manager, Sales team and relevant Operations Managers.
- Monthly reporting to Sales & Partnerships Manager.
- Attend group Collins reviews and help to implement correct ways of working with GMs.
- Manage 3rd party platforms for a selection of pubs within the group (profiles and enquiry management).
- Increase rehoused revenue by cross selling rejected bookings within your area.
- Role will merge into a Christmas Secondment aligned with the Central Reservations Team.
