Young's Pubs is seeking a Head Chef to inspire a kitchen team and craft fresh seasonal menus across our venues. You will lead by example, cost and produce dishes, and push the business forward with creatvity and strong GP management.
The role offers autonomy to design menus, develop the team, and participate in our Apprenticeship Scheme and development programmes, with regular masterclasses and supplier trips to fuel inspiration.
