This is a real destination social pub. Everyone remembers their first visit to the Grand Junction Arms, as what looks like a lovely cosy pub (and it is!) surprises you with every twist and turn until you realise that it is an absolute behemoth of a boozer, and its humble exterior hides something rather special.
The pub comes complete with a cozy bar area, generously sized dining room, and an indoor/outdoor terrace that connects the two complete with walls and retractable roof. And then there’s the garden. A huge space complete with outdoor burger shack, bookable huts, tables down by the canal and its own outdoor stage for live music.
The ideal candidate is someone who can continue to grow sales - the business is in great shape with solid foundations - whilst ensuring a premium guest experience. A fantastic opportunity to run a flagship site and put your stamp on the business!
