General Manager – Up to 50k plus bonus (up to 100%)
We\’re looking for a General Manager for the Blue Boar in Chipping Norton. This glorious pub dates back to 1641 and is famous for its warm welcome, fantastic seasonal menus that showcase the best produce that the Cotswolds have to offer, and its stunning surroundings. The pub is well loved by locals and visitors alike and with stunning oak beams, flagstone floors and roaring fires, is a fine example of everything thats great about premium countryside pubs! We\’re looking for a guest-centric General Manager with fresh-food experience for this Cotswolds institution.
Running a Pub for Young\’s:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We\’re all about freedom within a framework – you decide what goes on the food menu – and that doesn\’t mean picking from a bank of recipes! You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing. If you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experience, then we want to hear from you.
