Foley, part of Young’s pubs, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen in Claygate. You will play a pivotal role in creating fresh, seasonal dishes and delivering outstanding service in a welcoming pub environment.
You will manage the kitchen team, assist with rota planning, training, and health & safety, while collaborating with the Head Chef on new menus and daily specials. A proactive approach to improving sales and guest satisfaction is valued.
