Young's Pubs seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join our Cobham kitchen team and drive quality, consistency and fresh menu development across our seasonal offerings. You will lead a hands-on kitchen, mentor junior staff, manage rota and safety, and work closely with the Head Chef to design daily specials that wow guests while controlling GP and labour costs.
You will enjoy autonomy to create menus and specials, participate in ongoing training and masterclasses, and contribute to a welcoming environment.
