You will join Young's Pubs in the Marketing Activation role to translate marketing strategy into engaging activations across our estate. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, area teams, pub teams and suppliers to deliver campaigns that boost sales, footfall and brand impact.
This hands-on role focuses on seasonal campaigns, supplier activations and large internal events, managing projects from brief to delivery with clear stakeholder alignment and creative energy.
