Overview
Area Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator – 2 days a week – Norfolk and Cambridge 35k (Pro Rata = 14k)
We\’re looking for an Area Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator to support our GMS in an area of 13 pubs – 9 in Cambridge, 2 in Norwich and 2 in North Norfolk. The successful applicant will report directly to one of our Operations Managers to successfully deliver sales and marketing initiatives. You will be working closely with our General Managers & Service Masters based on site, and you will be responsible for the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy, including but not limited to:
- Innovation and implementation of key sales drivers at pub level
- Focused marketing for Capex projects (where applicable)
- Seasonal marketing in line with product focuses – premium packages, offer, collateral initiatives, internal messaging and merchandising
- Optimise reservation systems, websites, mailers, social media and 3rd party platforms
- Effective sales driving customer service and response rates for enquiries and reviews
Please note that this role is a field-based part time role working 2 days a week. Travel Expenses will be provided but due to the rural nature of many of the sites you must be able to drive.

Role Scope & Responsibilities
We are looking for Area Sales & Marketing Co-ordinators to align to an area of 10-14 businesses, reporting directly to one of our Operations Managers to successfully deliver marketing initiatives. You will be working closely with our General Managers & Sales & Marketing Co-ordinators bases on site, and you’ll be responsible for the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy, including but not limited to:
- Embedding and supporting key sales drivers
- Providing focussed support for Capex projects
- Creating & managing relevant premium packages & collateral
- Ensure pub teams are informed about new products, offers & initiatives
- Establishing strong internal messaging within your team
- Ensuring all websites are optimised, including content updates as well as third party platforms e.g. Google My Business
- Ensuring optimised Collins set up & efficient response rates
- Creation and communication of inspirational ideas for ‘What’s On’ diaries
- Delivering effective monthly mailers
- Responsible for active social media
- Ensuring 100% response to online reviews
