Situated in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Appledore, The Seagate is the perfect spot to explore the dramatic coastline of the South West Coastal Path and breathe in gallons of glorious fresh Atlantic sea air. After a day out in the wild, return to the pub for a hearty feast and a few local ales. In summer, spend the evening wining and dining on our stunning sea‑view terrace, and in winter cuddle up next to our roaring fire with a hearty British meal! Four‑legged friends are welcome too.

We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our management team and help lead our front‑of‑house operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves developing people, and believes that great hospitality starts with great relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the management team in the day‑to‑day running of front‑of‑house operations
  • Leading by example and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential

Qualifications
