We are always on the lookout for experienced General Managers to begin working and inducting with us so that when an opportunity comes up they are ready to hit the ground running. We run beautiful pubs across the country, allowing our managers to have the creativity to really put their stamp on the business. If you are an entrepreneurial, people-focused pub General Manager with experience within the Cotswolds, then we want to hear from you! Rooms experience is desired.
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual, and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. You decide what goes on the food menu, tailoring your offer to your guests and growing the business in line with your vision. You will decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
