Our fast growing client operating throughout Surrey, Berkshire and Sussex, are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join the team. This role offers a compelling blend of responsibilities and growth potential, making it an ideal move for those looking to make a significant impact in the construction industry.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Based in Surrey
  • Team Structure: Reporting to a Technical Manager and Head of Technical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the build phase of a new development in Sussex, responding to site queries, as well as contributing to the design stages of a new development in Berkshire.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of development projects, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress against project plans.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and any potential risks.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a technical coordination or project management role, ideally for a house builder in the South East.
