Role Purpose
The Planning Manager will be an integral member of the Land Team, reporting directly to the Head of Planning's land portfolio, focusing on both immediate and long-term strategic land promotions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential development sites, devising effective planning strategies, and managing the planning process from inception to approval.
