Role Purpose
As an Assistant Planning Manager, you will be a key part of the Land’s land portfolio. Your primary focus will be on supporting the identification, evaluation, and securing of sites for residential development. You will help devise and implement effective planning strategies to unlock potential and add value. Reporting to the Planning Manager, your role will be essential in supporting the successful delivery of planning applications and the promotion of the forward land bank.
Key Responsibilities
