As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of large volume housing projects. The role offers flexibility to work from sites located in Sussex or from their Kent office.
Responsibilities:
- Review drawings and understand contract variations to support project delivery.
- Assist in cost planning, estimation and control for housing projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets and manage changes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in house building, with the ability to read drawings and understand contract variations.
- Willingness to learn and adaptability, preferably with some exposure to groundworks.
