Role Purpose

As the Site Manager, you will be at the helm of a major new development. Your primary goal will be to set up and lead project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of 85 high-quality homes. This role is pivotal within the organisation, as it continues its growth building on the back of another over achieving year. Your leadership will drive the project forward, ensuring it meets all timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Site Manager - Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire site development from inception to completion.
  • Set up and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
