Our client is one of the most established, consistently 5 star rated House Builders in the country and are seeking an Estimator to join the business, based in Hampshire.
Role Overview
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing essential information for land purchase exercises, ensuring that all estimating work required to deliver the business’s unit output is completed timely and within an agreed programme.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing estimates of all prime costs, including house pricing, labour costs, and site work operations.
- Liaising with various departments to ascertain costs and maintaining schedules of quantities.
- Monitoring and reporting costs, updating existing land purchase exercises, and presenting findings to the management team.
- Staying updated on product development and legislative changes, attending relevant meetings, and undertaking regular site visits.
