Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Assisting with the preparation of detailed cost plans and budgets for high-value residential projects. * Producing accurate and timely cost reports and valuations. * Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction lifecycle. * Assisting in the procurement process, including tendering and sub-contractor selection. * Managing variations and claims. * Preparing and analysing post-project cost reports. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of our cost management processes. **The Ideal Candidate:** * Holding or working towards a Surveying HNC or Degree. * 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
