You will lead the Senior Individual Giving & Campaigns team within YoungMinds’ Public Fundraising unit on a maternity cover contract from Oct 2026 to Oct 2027. You will drive growth in mass market and individual giving, overseeing major campaigns such as HelloYellow, and connecting creative fundraising with data-led strategy.
This leadership role requires a track record of growing income, managing budgets and KPIs, and a passion for improving supporter engagement at scale.
