YoungMinds is seeking a Part-time Helpline Adviser for 28 hours per week under a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with 1–2 days per week in the office, and evenings once a week as required.
You will respond to helpline calls, provide tailored guidance to parents and carers, follow safeguarding and data protection procedures, and record information in the helpline database.
