We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of our website and digital content strategy, ensuring our digital channels play a central role in achieving our mission. This role manages a talented team of Senior Digital Content Officers and works closely with colleagues across communications, marketing, youth engagement, fundraising and beyond, to deliver impactful, user‑focused content and campaigns. You will also play a key role in the development of multi‑channel campaigns to expand our reach, particularly among Black and minoritised young people.

About this role: You’ll manage a talented team, shape our digital content strategy, and ensure our website and campaigns effectively support young people’s mental health and our organisational goals.

About you: We’re looking for an experienced digital leader who combines strategic thinking, strong content expertise and people management skills. You will have:

  • Experience developing websites and user journeys to meet strategic objectives.
  • Experience using analytics and creative problem solving to improve UX and performance.
  • Experience developing digital content strategies for specific audiences.
  • Experience designing and reporting against KPIs for websites or digital products.

You will be able to:

  • Write and edit clear, engaging web copy for diverse audiences.
  • Co‑create digital products and user journeys with young people.
  • Lead complex digital projects and multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

You will also bring knowledge of Google Analytics and web performance tools, SEO best practice, CMS platforms, user research methodologies, and trends in digital communications. A strong understanding of young people’s mental health and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion are essential.
