Young Education in Hertfordshire is seeking passionate Youth Mentors to support young people facing barriers to education. You will collect learners from home, transport them safely to their educational settings, and mentor them throughout the day with activities aligned to their interests to boost confidence and wellbeing.
You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, focusing on education, mentoring and enrichment, building trust, managing behaviour with a trauma-informed approach, and safeguarding.
