The Chelmsford Public Schools is accepting applications for the following anticipated vacancy. The District reserves the right to change this vacancy or not fill this vacancy based on staffing changes, enrollment, or budget.
Responsibilities:
- Available one day per week for students to come for help
- Work with the school online platform to set up classes for students
- Handle required paperwork as directed
- Set up and reserve classroom space as needed
- Be available during the school week to assist students and/or administration
- Troubleshoot and work with the online platform to address student and school problems
- Supervise students by checking on student progress
- Willingness to learn the functions of the online platform
- Prepare final grade reports
- Oversee management of the summer school program
- Discipline, if needed
- Liaison between the school administration and Community Education
- Work with technology to ensure appropriate software is loaded on computers
- Other duties as assigned by the high school principal
Availability: June 17, 2024 through August 16, 2024 (student classes vary). Schedule will vary between being available at Chelmsford High School and working remotely from home.
Reports To: Chelmsford High School Administration and Director of Community Education
Pay Rate: $4,000 stipend
