We are looking for a Reservations Managerto turn demand into business by optimising room inventory, distribution andbooking conversion—while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, responsive andpersonalised booking experience.
Reporting to the Director of Sales &Marketing, you will work closely with the Revenue Strategy Committee, Salesand Hotel Operations to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
Your impact
You will:
- Optimise reservations & inventory – Maximise room availability, booking conversion and revenue across all channels.
- Drive commercial performance – Translate demand, booking trends and market insights into effective pricing, inventory and channel decisions.
- Grow direct bookings – Strengthen direct booking contribution while optimising the mix of direct, OTA and other distribution channels.
- Turn data into action – Use booking pace, lead time, cancellations, source markets and conversion data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Elevate the booking experience – Deliver responsive, accurate and personalised service while identifying opportunities to upsell rooms, packages and ancillary services.
- Lead & develop the team – Build a capable, commercially focused Reservations team that delivers both service and revenue objectives.
- Improve how we work – Drive continuous improvements in reservation processes, systems and digital capabilities.
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has 5–8 years’ relevant hotel reservations, revenue, distribution or rooms experience, including 2–3 years in team leadership.
- Understands hotel inventory, rate structures, OTAs, distribution channels and booking behaviour.
- Is commercially minded and able to turn data and booking insights into action.
- Has experience with Opera Cloud System. Technical savvy. Experienced with system migration and integration.
- Is analytical, detail-oriented and confident working across Sales, Revenue and Hotel Operations.
- Combines a strong guest orientation with commercial judgement.
- Is adaptable, collaborative and energised by driving change and continuous improvement.
