What if your marketing career could deliver more than commercial results? Here at YWCA Fort Canning Hotel, Marketing does more than fill rooms – it funds a social mission. As the social enterprise arm of YWCA Singapore, the Hotel's success helps support a wider social purpose - empowering women, strengthening families, giving vulnerable communities a way forward. When you create a campaign, drive a direct booking, fill a wedding ballroom, grow F&B covers or bring a MICE proposition to market, you're not simply delivering a commercial result. You're helping turn hospitality into impact!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Hotel Marketing & Communications Manager who can bring together the best of both worlds: Commercial Acumen and Purposeful Storytelling. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead integrated marketing and communications across the Hotel's full portfolio - Rooms, Food & Beverage, Weddings and MICE. You will help shape how the Hotel is seen, experienced and remembered - building a distinctive contemporary heritage brand with a social conscience, while turning marketing ideas into measurable commercial growth. This is an opportunity to build a brand, not simply market a hotel.

Your impact

  • Shape our brand - Strengthen brand positioning and create a consistent experience across customer touchpoints.
  • Drive digital growth - Lead web, SEO, SEM, social media, email and digital advertising to grow visibility, engagement and direct bookings.
  • Create campaigns that convert - Develop integrated campaigns and promotions that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Build our reputation - Lead PR, media engagement, corporate communications and reputation management.
  • Grow strategic partnerships - Work with tourism organisations, corporate partners, influencers and industry stakeholders to expand our reach.
  • Make marketing investment count - Manage budgets, agencies and vendors while maximising marketing ROI.
  • Turn data into action - Use analytics and market intelligence to continuously improve campaign and business performance.

We're looking for someone who…

  • Has 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, brand management, PR or digital marketing.
  • Has 3+ years' experience in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle (preferred).
  • Has a proven track record in integrated campaigns across multiple market segments and revenue streams.
  • Understands how to translate brand and digital marketing into commercial outcomes.
  • Is a strong storyteller, relationship builder and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Is commercially minded, customer-centric, creative and comfortable using data to make decisions.

Experience with hotel CRM systems, booking engines, metasearch platforms, hospitality marketing technology, PR/media networks or team/agency leadership will be an advantage.

Why join us? At YWCA Fort Canning Hotel, it is marketing with a multiplier effect. Every campaign builds the brand. Every booking drives the business. Every commercial success helps create social impact. If you are a marketer who wants to combine commercial excellence with meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
