Role responsible to perform daily collection, data entry, banking, stock take, liaise with customers.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare Daily Revenue Report
  • To collect daily cash collections from Front Office to do counting
  • To do banking
  • To collect cash from laundrette machines
  • To handle petty cash disbursement
  • To check daily Café receipts & folios against report
  • To offset collections against AR Ageing
  • To monitor and disburse carpark coupons to other Departments
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Accountancy and/or LCCI
  • Min 2 years of accounting experience
  • Preferably working in hospitality
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written
  • A team player
  • Attention to details and meticulous
  • Initiative and willing to learn
