Young Wellbeing Hub limited is seeking a Clinical Administrator and Partnerships Coordinator to be the heart of our Hackney Wick clinic. You’ll own the patient journey, coordinate referrals and keep the clinic running smoothly as we grow.
You’ll act as the link between families, clinicians and partners, manage diaries and records, and help build partnerships with schools and local services to drive referrals and care pathways.
