Clinical Administrator & Partnerships

Full-Time On-site

Clinical Administrator and Partnerships Coordinator

Based at our head office in Hackney Wick

Are you the kind of person who likes to own things, figure them out, and make them work? We’re looking for someone to become the heart of our clinic.

About us

Young Wellbeing Hub (our children’s clinic) and Harley Street ADHD (our adult clinic) provide autism and ADHD assessments and ongoing care. We’re a small, specialist clinic with a strong track record, including delivering an NHS contract, and we’re now ready to grow again.

The clinic is part of Young Wellbeing Group, a group of services built on a background in child and adolescent mental health. Alongside our clinics, the group includes children’s care homes, a care company and a tuition service. You’ll work from our head office alongside colleagues from across the group, so while the clinic team is small, you’ll be part of a much wider and supportive organisation.

The role

You’ll be the main point of contact for the clinic. Patients, families, clinicians and partners will all come to you, and you’ll be the person who keeps everything moving. Because we’re a small team, you’ll have real autonomy and the chance to shape how the clinic runs as it grows.

When the clinic is quieter, you’ll turn your attention to growth: approaching schools, local services and other potential partners to introduce what we do and build new referral relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing patient journeys through our autism and ADHD pathways for children, young people and adults, from first enquiry to diagnosis and follow-up
  • Acting as the link between clinicians, patients and families, making sure everyone knows what’s happening and what comes next
  • Running clinic diaries, booking appointments and keeping patient records accurate and secure
  • Coordinating medication reviews and supporting the preparation and sending of clinical reports
  • Handling enquiries by phone and email with care and professionalism
  • Spotting ways to improve how the clinic runs and putting them into practice
  • Reaching out to schools and organisations to explore partnerships, and following up to turn conversations into referrals

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a healthcare, clinical or patient-facing administration role
  • Someone autonomous and self-motivated, who’s comfortable making decisions and doesn’t need to be told what to do next
  • A fast learner who enjoys picking up new systems, processes and clinical pathways
  • Highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities without things slipping
  • Clear, confident communication with families, clinicians and professionals alike
  • A caring, patient approach, as families often come to us at a stressful time
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with people you don’t know
  • Experience of autism or ADHD services, NHS pathways or working with schools would be a real advantage
  • The role might also suit an assistant psychologist.
  • A role with genuine ownership: you won’t be one of many, you’ll be the person who makes the clinic work
  • The chance to be part of our next stage of growth and to grow with it
  • Work that makes a real difference to children, adults and families
  • Being part of a wider group across care, education and clinical services, with opportunities to develop and progress
