Nursery Room Leader for Pre‑School Room – Level 3 in Early Years Childcare. Full‑time (between 37.5 to 41.25 hours per week – you let us know how many hours per week you would prefer, Monday to Friday). We have a unique opportunity to welcome a new member of staff to our team as a Room Leader with proven experience in the role. If you join us you will receive a £500 joining bonus.

You should be able to lead a team of Nursery Practitioners by creating a stimulating and exciting environment in your room and have excellent knowledge of the Ofsted welfare requirements and Early Years Foundation Stage principles and practice.
Duties:
The role will involve delivering learning opportunities that meet children's individual needs, in a safe and stimulating environment; assisting the team to plan, prepare and review activities; working in partnership with our parents, and implementing all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery (please request a full job description for more detailed information).
