You will join Young Sounds UK as a Musical Mentor to support the Connect programme across Staffordshire. The role combines home-based mentoring with travel to schools and venues, involving flexible scheduling for weekly sessions and additional hours for mentoring events.
You will work closely with Connectors, building mentoring relationships with young musicians and supporting the evaluation process to ensure their voices shape programme development.
