The predicted salary is between 14 - 14 £ per hour.

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and reliable Administrative Worker to support the smooth day-to-day running of our service. This varied role supports the smooth running of the charity’s administration, assisting staff, trustees, families and external professionals.

Location: Grove House, 77 North Road, Southall, UB1 2JL

Hours: 18 hours per week, worked across 4 days

Salary: £13.75 per hour

Contract: Part-time

Reporting to: Project Manager

Following skills required:

  • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work on own initiative but also a member of a small team
  • Able to support and promote the aims of the charity

The role involves occasional evening/weekend work at approx. six events per annum.

Safeguarding: We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and satisfactory references prior to appointment.
