Young Manchester is seeking a new Head of Grants & Membership. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO, responsible for shaping and delivering Young Manchester’s grant-making and membership strategies to maximise impact for children and young people across the city.
The postholder will oversee the full lifecycle of youth-led grant-making, from strategy and design through to delivery, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, ensuring a transparent, equitable and compliant approach that aligns with organisational priorities.
This is a great role for someone already experienced in delivering grant programmes, funding initiatives, or similar work that supports organisations or communities.
