- Immigration Solicitors (0-2 years PQE)
Salary range (according to PQE): £36,000 – £40,000
We are looking for dynamic individuals, with the ability to source their own clients and committed to running a privately funded immigration caseload or a legal aid caseload made up of judicial review and appeals in the Upper Tier Tribunal (or a mix of both). Salary range: £27,352 – £32,000
We are looking for individuals committed to building a career in immigration and asylum law. For the Caseworker role, you will need to be accredited under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme at any level. For the Trainee Solicitor role, you will need to have (a) passed the LPC or be studying for it part-time, or (b) passed SQE1; and (c) successfully complete a 6-month probationary period with us before the Training Contract starts.
