Working hours: 35 (FT) hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Safer Renting are currently recruiting for a Renters Rights Caseworker, reporting to the Safer Renting Team Manager. At Safer Renting we tackle the abuse of renters and criminality in the private rented sector by leveraging our partnerships with local authorities to hold landlords accountable for providing safe, decent, and secure homes. We also seek to transform the sector through our award-winning research and campaigns. Our team is very diverse in terms of cultural diversity and lived experience, we offer staff a range of competitive benefits.
The successful candidates will have experience of:
- Empowering individuals with the knowledge, guidance and confidence to exercise and enforce their rights.
- Supporting legal action and securing positive outcomes for individuals through evidence-based case preparation.
- Championing tenants' interests.
