ATLEU works intensively with survivors of trafficking and labour exploitation in the UK, providing legal advice that supports safety and redress. The multidisciplinary team includes immigration, public law and compensation lawyers. The role can be based in either the London or Sheffield office, with a personal training budget and opportunities to contribute to policy change and strategic litigation. About the candidate and role
Casework
We are looking for a lawyer with at least 2 years PQE and an authorised litigator to join our Housing and Support Unit. The role is a 12‐month maternity cover, working 21 hours a week. Responsibilities include a small caseload of public law cases relating to survivors of trafficking, supporting unit colleagues, and collaborating on strategic litigation. Experience in judicial review cases and interest in working with survivors of trafficking are essential. Immigration knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Candidates with a range of experience are welcomed. The successful applicant will have provided high‐quality advice, trauma‐informed working and client care. The salary will reflect legal qualifications and experience within the advertised bracket.
