Young Harrow Foundation is seeking an experienced operations leader to become our Chief Operating Officer, guiding sustainable growth and strengthening governance across the organisation.
You will report to the Chief Executive and sit on the Senior Management Team, owning income generation, impact measurement and the systems underpinning them, while line-managing four direct reports: Pathways Lead, Marketing Lead, Project Manager and Futures Lead.
