Binley Woods is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated care team supporting young adults aged 16-25 with complex mental health needs. Based in a peaceful residential setting with large gardens and shared communal spaces, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable young people – helping them to build independence, stability, and confidence for the future.
