Mental Health Care UK and Young Foundations are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Directors across both organisations. This is a key role within the executive function, providing high-level support to ensure the smooth and effective coordination of senior leadership activity. You will play an integral part in managing priorities, facilitating communication and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives across the organisation.
The Role:
- Providing comprehensive executive, administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Managing Directors
- Managing complex and fast-paced diaries, ensuring effective prioritisation of competing demands
- Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and circulating documentation
- Producing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing materials
- Acting as the first point of contact, managing emails, calls and correspondence
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting Board and Executive meetings, including minute-taking and tracking actions
- Organising travel, itineraries and logistical arrangements
- Supporting projects and business initiatives, including data collation and reporting
About You:
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is confident supporting senior leaders. You will be proactive, highly organised and able to work with discretion at all times. You will demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capability
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters

Experience in a similar role is essential, with experience in health and social care considered desirable.
