Young Foundations is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our specialised provision in Halifax. The role supports students with autism, complex needs and mental health challenges within a SEND Resourced Provision, delivering Maths, English, PSHE and Science as required.
You will work with small classes, adhere to safeguarding requirements and contribute to inclusive, person-centred education. A strong CPTD focus and collaboration with families and external partners are essential.
