About the Role
This is a hands‑on IT role at the heart of the organisation, delivering responsive 1st and 2nd line support while helping to shape a reliable, modern digital workplace. As the IT Systems and Data Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert for helpdesk queries, Microsoft 365 services and business systems, resolving issues, supporting users and driving continuous improvement.
You’ll combine strong technical troubleshooting with a focus on data quality, security and user experience, playing a key role in maintaining systems, supporting SharePoint and cloud services, and ensuring staff can work efficiently and confidently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, values excellent customer service and wants to make a real impact through technology and data.
What we need from you
We’re looking for a customer‑focused IT professional with experience providing helpdesk or service desk support and strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams and user administration. You’ll be a confident problem‑solver with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, while communicating clearly with a wide range of users.
You’ll bring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an interest in data quality and governance, alongside a proactive, flexible approach and a willingness to learn. Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about delivering a high‑quality service and helping colleagues get the most from technology
