The predicted salary is between 29757 - 29757 £ per year.
Salary: £29,757 per annum. Permanent full-time contract (37 hours per week).
Based in Ivybridge, Newton Abbot or Exeter (based on candidates’ preference).
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, enthusiastic and skilled coordinator to join our successful supported housing team. You will work closely with the Heads of Accommodation to provide coordination and administrative support for our supported housing provision and will have a pivotal role in the smooth running of the service area.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, able to multi‑task, produce work to an accurate high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a busy environment. As the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, excellent customer service skills are crucial for this role. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and to take responsibility for the efficient running of the administration and systems for supported housing. Experience of supervising/coaching and supporting others is desirable for this role.
You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and willing to review and set-up systems to support processes and procedures.
