Salary – £29,757 per annum pro rata, based on a 37 hour week. Permanent Contract - Based in Paignton.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a proactive and energetic coordinator to lead a small team in supporting vulnerable young people aged 16‑25 through their journey to independence.
- You will manage the day‑to‑day coordination of the staff, the quality of support, and housing management of the project in conjunction with colleagues.
- The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota providing emergency support for the project.
