The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Salary £26,414.00 per annum/pro rata. Permanent contract. Part-time hours available - shifts include weekdays 08.00 to 16.00 & 14.00 to 22.00 and weekends 9.00 to 17.00.

Breakwater Place is a new accommodation opportunity providing a safe home for young people to develop trusted relationships with trained and experienced Youth Coaches who are able to listen well and respond accordingly. Our supported accommodation is a place where services come together, with a person‑centered focus, to respond to young people in the community in a place they love to call home.

As a Youth Coach you will build relationships of trust and understanding, and respond to young people’s needs through a trauma‑informed lens. You will support them to make decisions, ensure their home is a safe space and encourage them to have their voice heard, build their own plans and engage successfully with employment, education and meaningful occupation opportunities.
